Product Information & Variations

All bikinis are made using printed fabrics. Due to the nature of fabric printing and the cutting process, print placement may vary from one set to another. The pattern is not identical across the entire fabric, making each piece unique.
Variations in print placement are normal and are not considered defects. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for this reason.

Sizing & Fit Disclaimer

For unique or special-sized designs, we provide a detailed size illustration with exact measurements. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and comparing these measurements with their own body measurements prior to purchase.
If an item does not fit despite matching the provided measurements, this will not be considered a fault of the brand and is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Fit may vary depending on body shape, proportions, and personal preference.

Shipping Fees & Methods

Our standard shipping method is economic shipping, charged at a flat rate.
Customers who wish to receive their order sooner may select express shipping, which is available at an additional cost depending on destination and courier rates.

Shipping rates may be higher for destinations outside our standard or main shipping countries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product or shipping price. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover, reimburse, or refund customs or tax-related charges.

Color Representation

Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen or device settings. We cannot guarantee an exact color match.

Final Sale & Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for review.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

Lost, Returned or Unclaimed Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pay customs fees are not eligible for refunds.

Care Instructions Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, including exposure to chlorine, salt water, sun, or incorrect washing.
